

Fir will infuse quickly. You can add it to gin one week before your event or even as late as the morning of. Be sure to seal the infusion tightly.
Ingredients

- 2 ounces fir tree infused gin (that you make ahead of time)
- 1/4 ounce Cynar
- 1½ ounces soda water
- 1 splash pineapple juice
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Ice
- 1 lemon wheel, for garnish
- 1/2 fir tree sprig, for garnish
Preparation
1. In a cocktail shaker, add the ingredients in order and shake for a 45 count. Pour and strain into an aperitif glass. Garnish with the lemon wheel and fir tree sprig. You can rest the sprig in the cocktail or weave it through the lemon wheel. Serve.
