- 6 ounce fresh cow’s milk ricotta romana
- 6 tablespoon e.v.o.o
- 1 bunch fresh thyme
- 6 slice pugliese bread (cut 1/2 inch thick and 2 inches long)
Place the ricotta in a bowl, add the salt, pepper, e.
o and whisk until smooth.
Pre heat oven at 360 degrees celcius.
Place the bread on a baking sheet and cook for 8-9 minutes until golden brown.
Scoop the ricotta onto the bread crutons and dress with fresh thyme leaves.
