Also, preparing this dish is a breeze: Simply skewer a cube of melon, feta cheese and a mint leaf using a toothpick, creating a colorful ensemble. Once assembled, drizzle on balsamic glaze to add a touch of elegance and addictive flavor. It’s an irresistible combination and one of my favorite apps of the summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon cubes (approximately 1-inch cubes)
  • 1/2 ounce feta cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Preparation

Use a toothpick to skewer one watermelon cube, a small piece of feta cheese and a mint leaf. Chill and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving. Repeat to make as many appetizers as needed.
