Chef notes

Kids and adults love, great way to cool off for summer. You can change flavors up based on what you find at market, or use frozen fruit.

Ingredients

  • cups chopped fresh or thawed frozen mango, papaya, pineapple, guava or melon
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Divide the mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until hard, at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
