After fasting for 16 hours a day (#intermittentfasting), Terry Crews gets so excited to eat his favorite sandwich that his pecs do a little dance. He piles ham high on sourdough (because, as he says, he's a ham), adds plenty of cheddar (which "makes the chest bounce better"), a squiggle of yellow mustard (hardly any calories!), crispy bacon and all of the veggies.
Start with two slices of sourdough bread. Pile the cheddar on one slice, then spread yellow mustard on the other.
Add bacon on top of the cheddar, then add the ham, spinach, red onion, cucumber and tomato.
Place the bread with mustard on top of the sandwich ingredients, slice in half and enjoy!
