Ingredients

  • 1 package Tater Tots
  • Herbed sour cream
  • 4 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup minced dill
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • Caviar
  • Your choice of tobiko, trout roe, salmon roe, or black caviar (plan on about 1/2 ounce per person)
  • Chef notes

    Caviar, potatoes and sour cream are always a great match, as these dressed-up Tater Tots prove!

    Swap option: Use potato pancakes or blini in place of the Tater Tots. 

    Preparation

    1.

    Cook tater tots according to package instructions.

    2.

    In a bowl, mix herbed sour cream ingredients.

    3.

    Top each Tater Tot portion with a dollop of sour cream and caviar to taste.
