Swap option: Use potato pancakes or blini in place of the Tater Tots.
- 1 package Tater Tots
Herbed sour cream
- 4 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup minced dill
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- Your choice of tobiko, trout roe, salmon roe, or black caviar (plan on about 1/2 ounce per person)
1. Cook tater tots according to package instructions.
2. In a bowl, mix herbed sour cream ingredients.
3. Top each Tater Tot portion with a dollop of sour cream and caviar to taste.
