Ingredients

    • 1 all beef hot dog
    • 1 slice applewood smoked bacon, par cooked
    • 1 ounce gruyère cheese
    • 1 ounce sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1 white hot dog bun

Preparation

  1. Wrap hot dog with slice of applewood smoked bacon.
  2. Cook on a hot grill for 2-4 minutes, or until bacon is cooked through.
  3. Fill bun with gruyère and sharp cheddar cheese and place bacon wrapped hot dog on top. Serve warm.
