- 1 all beef hot dog
- 1 slice applewood smoked bacon, par cooked
- 1 ounce gruyère cheese
- 1 ounce sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 white hot dog bun
- Wrap hot dog with slice of applewood smoked bacon.
- Cook on a hot grill for 2-4 minutes, or until bacon is cooked through.
- Fill bun with gruyère and sharp cheddar cheese and place bacon wrapped hot dog on top. Serve warm.
