- almond milk
- frozen blueberries
- non-dairy yogurt
- plant-based protein powder
- hulled hemp seeds
- ground flaxseeds
Toss all the ingredients in a blender with a few ice cubes.
Blend at high speed until smooth. Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy.
