  • almond milk
  • banana
  • frozen blueberries
  • non-dairy yogurt
  • spinach
  • walnuts
  • plant-based protein powder
  • hulled hemp seeds
  • ground flaxseeds

This is a super simple yet incredibly nutritious way to kickstart your day. It's loaded with vitamins, minerals and fiber to power your best self from the inside out. I love topping them with a few extra seeds and fresh fruit.

Swap option: This can be done with fruits, nuts, non-dairy milk and greens of your choice. We recommend experimenting with many different combinations.

Preparation

Toss all the ingredients in a blender with a few ice cubes.

Blend at high speed until smooth. Pour into a glass or bowl and enjoy.
