Make this gooey s'mores-stuffed banana boat all year long—no campfire required!
Preheat the oven to 375 degree F. Peel back just the top panel of the banana, keeping it attached. Using a small spoon, scoop out some of the banana to make room for the toppings. Fill the banana with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers and then fold back the banana peel. Wrap the banana in foil and set on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the marshmallows and chocolate are melted. Unwrap the banana and serve with a spoon.
