This is the easiest dairy-free dessert. It's incredibly delicious, not too sweet and very refreshing.
Swap Option: You can also use any frozen fruit you prefer for this recipe.
- 1 pint strawberries, rinsed, hulled, sliced and frozen solid
- 1 cup coconut milk, shaken well
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon honey
In a blender, puree the strawberries, coconut milk, lime juice and honey together until the mixture reaches a smooth sorbet-like consistency.
