Ingredients
- 2 pint local strawberries, hulled
- 3 tablespoon chopped wild mint
- 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
- 1 tablespoon small container bellweather farms crème fraiche
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Combine first three ingredients in mixing bowl.
Whip crème fraiche.
Divide berries among four bowls.
Top each serving with a dollop of crème fraiche.
