Ingredients
- 3 ounce milk chocolate, grated
- 2 ounce bittersweet chocolate, grated
- 5 ounce heavy cream
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Heat the cream.
Add warm cream to the grated chocolate and stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Add brandy and stir.
Pour chocolate mixture into a fondue pot and stir.
Serve with cut apples, pears, bananas, sugar cookies (or pound cake), madeleines and marshmallows.
