Ingredients

  • 24 precooked phyllo cups
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup frozen spinach, drained liquid pressed out
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

1.

Preheat the oven to 350

Place tarts on a cookie sheet and set aside.

3.

In large bowl combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Fold in the spinach, the feta and the garlic powder. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

4.

Divide the filling among the tarts, 1 1/2 heaping tablespoons per cup. 

5.

Bake until warmed through and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. 

6.

Serve immediately.
