Ingredients

  • 1 bottle dry rosé wine
  • 1/2 cup St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • 1 cup Champagne grapes
  • Ice
  • 2 cups plain or raspberry seltzer, chilled

Chef notes

Give your sangria a little twist with this delicious version. Try it was a dry rose from Provence; and if you can't find Champagne grapes, just use whatever grape variety you can find.

Preparation

Stir wine with St. Germain elderflower liqueur and simple syrup. Add raspberries, sliced limes and Champagne grapes. Add ice and 2 cups of chilled plain or raspberry seltzer before serving.
