- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced into matchsticks
- 1 small red apple, cored and sliced into matchsticks
- 3/4 cup Jim Beam Apple Bourbon
- 3 cups Apple Cider
- 1 bottle chilled, dry Sparkling wine, like Prosecco or Cava
In a pitcher, combine the sliced apples (reserve a cup for garnish), apple bourbon and apple cider. Stir to combine. Add chilled sparkling wine. Fill with ice.
Fill glasses with ice and pour sangria. Be sure to scoop some of the apples into each glass. Top each glass with a couple of reserved apple matchsticks.
