Soy Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup neutral oil, like grapeseed or corn
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil, or to taste
  • 3 tablespoon rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon to 2 teaspoons honey

Preparation

Serving Directions:

Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl; using an immersion blender or a whisk, combine until emulsified.

Taste and add vinegar, lime juice, or soy sauce a teaspoon or two at a time until the balance tastes right to you.

This is best made fresh but will keep, refrigerated, for a few days; bring it back to room temperature and whisk briefly before using.
