Preparation
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate on 50 percent power in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Working one at a time, dip each spoon into melted chocolate, tap off excess, and transfer to prepared baking sheet.
Create snowman bodies with 3 mini marshmallows, and then press in mini chocolate chip eyes, chocolate chip or snowcap hats, and small pieces of pretzel as hands. Serve with hot chocolate.
