Blend your gin and tonic with loads of ice for a delicious slushie drink with fewer calories than the classic cocktail.

Ingredients

    • 1 cup good quality gin, such as Hendrick's
    • 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice
    • 3 cups light tonic water (preferably Fever Tree, or homemade if you've got it)
    • 2 cups ice
    • Lime wedges or wheels for garnish

Preparation

Combine the gin, lime juice, light tonic and ice in a blender. Blend until evenly combined and the consistency of a milkshake. Scoop into glasses and garnish with lime.
