Shrimp Toast 'French Baguette'

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • Filling
  • 1 baguette
  • 12 ounce shrimp
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 ounce water chestnuts
  • 1/2 ounce bu scallions thin sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • Jelly
  • 1 baguette
  • 12 ounce shrimp
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 ounce water chestnuts
  • 1/2 ounce bu scallions thin sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil
  • 4 sheets gelatin soak in cold water for 5 minutes
  • 8 fluid ounce pomegranate juice
  • Preparation

    Baking Directions:

    Using a Kitchen Aid mix all the ingredients except for the chestnuts for 5 minutes slowly. At the end fold in the chestnuts. In a pot heat the juice to a boil, take off the heat and add the gelatin. Refrigerate for an hour.To serve, put the filling onto the bread slices and sear in butter till golden brown on both sides. Top with the jelly.
