  • 4 slice fresh pineapple, round
  • 2 slice leaves iceberg lettuce
  • 2 slice handfuls spring mix (or any baby green salad mix)
  • 2 slice smoked salmon
  • 2 teaspoon black caviar
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
