    Caper Sauce Ingredients
    • 6 ounce shrimp
    • 1 tablespoon capers
    • 1 tablespoon canola oil
    • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
    Pineapple Salad Ingredients
    • 6 ounce shrimp
    • 1 tablespoon capers
    • 1 tablespoon canola oil
    • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
    • 4 slice fresh pineapple, round
    • 2 slice leaves iceberg lettuce
    • 2 slice handfuls spring mix (or any baby green salad mix)
    • 2 slice smoked salmon
    • 2 teaspoon black caviar
    • 2 teaspoon lemon juice

    Slice all shrimp in half lengthwise.

    Mix all sauce ingredients together in food processor.

    Arrange shrimp on plate covered lightly in ground fresh black pepper; serve with Caper Sauce.

    Serving suggestion: Display sauce on leaf placed in the center of plate with shrimp arranged around it.
