Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon egg yolk
  • 4 teaspoon sherry vinegar
  • 3/4 cup macadamia nut oil
  • 3/4 cup Salt
  • 3/4 cup Pepper

Preparation

Baking Directions:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mustard and the egg yolk.

  Whisk in 1 teaspoon of the vinegar, then slowly whisk in the oil to make a thick emulsion.

  Whisk in the rest of the vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
