Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoon lime
  • 4 teaspoon salmon fillets

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Whisk the mustard, 1 tablespoon olive oil, honey and lime juice together in a bowl, and set aside.

To prepare the salmon: Heat the oil in a large cast iron or other heavy skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the salmon with salt and pepper, put in the pan skin side down and cook for 4 minutes.

Then flip over to the other side and cook for additional 2 minutes.

Brush the salmon on both sides with the mustard glaze, and place skin side up on serving plates.
