Ingredients

  • 8 slice pumpernickel bread
  • 3 ounce cream cheese, slightly softened
  • 1 ounce medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounce smoked salmon
  • 1 ounce large tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onions, thinly sliced

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Toast the bread and spread with cream cheese.

Layer the bread with cucumber, salmon, tomato, and red onion.

Top with the remaining toasted bread.
