Sauteed Broccoli with Garlic

Simply sauteed broccoli with garlic is a quick yet flavorful side that you can pair with almost any main dish. 


  • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, blanched


Heat a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the oil and garlic, and saute until the garlic just begins to brown.

Add the broccoli to the saute pan. Add the salt and pepper to taste. Toss frequently until the oil and seasoning coat the broccoli. Serve immediately while hot.
