I love this smoothie because it's a fast and fresh way to start the day. The addition of cool mint makes it a real eye opener.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1 cup mint
- 1 packet frozen acai
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
