So easy to prepare and customize, this crowd-pleasing appetizer is guaranteed to be the life of any holiday party.

Ingredients

    • 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese at room temperature
    • 2 jalapenos, de-seeded
    • 3 green onions, minced
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon ranch powder
    • 2 cups salted crushed pistachios
    • 1 package saltines

Preparation

Place cream cheese in a medium sized mixing bowl. Mix until cream cheese is soft. Mix in jalapeno, green onion, sour cream, and ranch powder.

In a separate bowl, line the bottom with plastic wrap. Form the cheese mix into a ball then place on the plastic wrap. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until the ball sets, at least 2 hours. To serve, roll the cheese ball in crushed pistachios. Serve with saltine crackers.
