Preheat the oven to 375°F. Arrange the halved graham crackers around the edge of a 10-inch cast-iron skillet. Top with the chocolate chips and marshmallows. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the chocolate and marshmallows are melted. Switch on the broiler and broil for 1 to 2 minutes, until lightly browned on top. Serve hot, with more graham crackers.
