Enjoy your tea and a tipple too with this lovely earl grey-infused cocktail perfect for late-afternoon sipping.
Technique tip: The small spout of a teapot will strain the ice just like a shaker would.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Earl Grey vodka
- 3 ounces Earl Grey tea
- Half a lemon, juiced
- 1 ounce Simple syrup
- Fine sugar, for rim
Preparation
1.Combine the vodka, tea, lemon juice and simple syrup in a teapot with ice and stir.
2.Pour a few teaspoons of lemon juice onto a shallow plate and pour fine sugar onto a second shallow plate. Dip the rim of each teacup into the juice then the sugar.
3.Pour the cocktails into the cups and serve.
