This beautiful floral cocktail from chef Craig Strong of Studio at Montage is the perfect elegant party drink.
For the syrup, bring sugar, water, and sprigs (or oil) to a boil. Allow to steep 5 minutes. Strain and cool, keep refrigerated.
In a shaker glass filled with ice, add tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and syrup then shake vigorously. Strain over ice into salted rocks glass.
Garnish with lime wedge.
