This recipe is a great way to enjoy rosé at the end of summer.

Technique tip: Make sure your sparkling rosé wine and sparkling water is chilled to keep this refreshing beverage cold.

Swap option: Substitute the sparkling rosé wine with a dry prosecco or your favorite white wine.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • ounces bitter aperitif, such as, Aperol, Campari or Cynar
  • 3 ounces sparkling rosé wine, chilled
  • 1 ounce sparkling mineral water or club soda
  • 1 orange, sliced

Preparation

Fill your wine glass with ice, pour in the 1½ ounces of the bitter aperitif of your choosing. Top with 3 ounces of sparkling rosé and then a splash of sparkling mineral water. Garnish with an orange slice and serve.
