Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 1½ ounces bitter aperitif, such as, Aperol, Campari or Cynar
- 3 ounces sparkling rosé wine, chilled
- 1 ounce sparkling mineral water or club soda
- 1 orange, sliced
Chef notes
This recipe is a great way to enjoy rosé at the end of summer.
Technique tip: Make sure your sparkling rosé wine and sparkling water is chilled to keep this refreshing beverage cold.
Swap option: Substitute the sparkling rosé wine with a dry prosecco or your favorite white wine.
Preparation
Fill your wine glass with ice, pour in the 1½ ounces of the bitter aperitif of your choosing. Top with 3 ounces of sparkling rosé and then a splash of sparkling mineral water. Garnish with an orange slice and serve.
