ROASTED GARLIC SPIKE COLLARDS

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 2 bunch collard greens
  • 1 tablespoon sage
  • 2 tablespoon thyme
  • 1/4 cup garlic
  • 1/2 cup chicken

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Sauté onion in butter and olive oil until translucent.

Add collards, herbs and garlic, cook 5 minutes.

Add stock and salt and pepper.

Cook 10 minutes and serve.
