Ingredients

    • 1 slice of bread
    • ¼ cup ricotta cheese
    • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
    • ½ a pear, thinly sliced
    • ½ tablespoon honey

Preparation

Toast the bread slice. Spread the ricotta cheese over the toast. Sprinkle with pistachios and then layer with pear slices. Drizzle with honey and serve.
