Ingredients
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce orgeat syrup
- crushed ice
- 1½ ounces gin, such as Empress 1908
- 1 slice dehydrated pineapple
- 2 pineapple leaves

In this stunning cocktail from Reba's Place's spring drink menu, the floral, citrusy and sweet flavors come together to make a drink that is as pleasing to the palate as it is easy on the eyes.
Swap option: Use fresh pineapple instead of dehydrated pineapples.
Preparation
1.Add pineapple juice, lemon juice and orgeat into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
2.Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice and then strain the cocktail into the glass.
3.Gently pour gin on top so that it will float rather than mix in. Garnish with pineapple slice and leaves, and serve.
