Ingredients

  • 2 white peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups rosé wine
  • 4 ounces white rum
  • 1 cup peach nectar
  • 1 cup champagne
  • Chef notes

    Garnish your glasses with strawberry slices to make this sparking cocktail extra special.

    Preparation

    1.

    In a pitcher, combine peaches, raspberries, rosé, rum and peach nectar.

    Stir until mixed.

    3.

    Chill for at least 4 hours.

    Add the champagne, then serve!
