Summer is the perfect time to show off a little creativity with your cocktails. This fruity take on a classic mojito is super minty and refreshing, but uses far less than sugar than a traditional recipe.
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces light rum
- 1/2 cup ice cubes, crushed
- 1/2 cup raspberry flavored seltzer
Muddle the raspberries, mint, lime juice, and sugar in the bottom of the glass.
Add the rum and crushed ice, seltzer, and stir.
