Ingredients

  • Melon, rind and seeds removed
  • 10 green olives, pitted
  • 10 slices prosciutto
  • 10 toothpicks
  • Balsamic Vinegar, for drizzling
  • Chef notes

    The irresistible combination of sweet and salty make it impossible to have just one of these delicious skewers.

    Preparation

    Cut the melon into small squares.

    Thread green olive, rolled up prosciutto, then melon onto a toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

    Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and stand toothpick up right with melon at base.
