- 1 slice of bread
- 1 tablespoon fig preserves
- 1 to 2 pieces prosciutto
- 1 to 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
Not a fan of blue cheese? Substitute with a more mild cheese, like goat cheese. If desired, place the finished toast under a preheated broiler for 1 to 2 minutes until blue cheese is slightly melted.
Toast the bread slice. Spread the preserves over the bread and top with prosciutto and blue cheese. Serve.
