Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 3 ounces mezcal
  • 1/2 ounce rosemary simple syrup
  • Pomegranate seeds
Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 rosemary sprigs

Chef notes

Fresh rosemary is the key to this drink's refreshing flavor. 

Preparation

1.

Place pomegranate juice, mezcal and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes.  

2.

Shake well and pour into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with a rosemary sprig and about 8 pomegranate seeds.
