- 3 ounces mezcal
- 1/2 ounce rosemary simple syrup

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 rosemary sprigs

Preparation
1.Place pomegranate juice, mezcal and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes.
2.Shake well and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and about 8 pomegranate seeds.
