The Poinsettia Cocktail is the perfect pour to mix up for guests over the holidays.  With four simple ingredients you’ll have a delicious and festive cocktail in minutes. Here I’ve upped the amounts so you can prepare a pitcher ahead of time. This way as guests arrive the drinks will be ready to serve immediately and you and yours can toast the season in style. 


  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
  • Orange peels for garnish


In a pitcher, combine the vodka and cranberry juice. Fill with ice. When ready to serve, add the bottle of chilled Prosecco.

Fill champagne flutes and add orange peel for garnish.
