- 3 tablespoon tartar sauce
- 1/4 cup iceberg lettuce
- 6 cup bluepoint oysters
Spread tartar sauce on both halves of bread.
Place fried oysters on bottom piece of bread.
Place the shredded lettuce on the top piece of bread.
Put the two together and slice in half on an angle.
Put on a plate and garnish with a parsley sprig.
