Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup gin
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Divide between tall (Collins) glasses.

Pour 1 teaspoon crème de cassis in the center of each glass.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
