Ingredients

  • leftover brisket
  • butter, softened
  • 4 brioche buns, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce, preferably Louisiana
  • barbecue sauce
  • 4 Louisiana hot links, cut in half lengthwise and grilled
  • fried chicken skins

    I love this dish because it has all my favorite food groups on one sandwich. It has all the crunchiness of the chicken skins and the hot honey sauce, which makes for a delicious experience!

    Preparation

    1.

    Warm, leftover brisket and cut 8 slices against the grain (2 slices per sandwich).

    2.

    Spread butter onto the buns and toast until golden brown.

    3.

    In a small mixing bowl, combine the honey and hot sauce and mix well.

    4.

    Place sliced brisket on toasted bottom brioche bun and drizzle with barbecue sauce, add grilled hot link, crispy chicken skin, drizzle hot honey sauce and add top bun.
