- 1 1/2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons seedless jam
- 1 slice white sandwich bread
Roll the slice of bread flat with a rolling pin.
Cut off the crusts.
Spread peanut butter on 1 side of the slice of bread.
Spread jam on top of the peanut butter (this will work best if you dollop the jam on top of the peanut butter and then spread it out so all of the dollops meet).
Roll sandwich from top to bottom and place seam side down.
Cut into 1/2-inch pieces to look like sushi.
Turn upright and serve with chopsticks.
