Panzanella Dressing
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 2 ounce wine vinegar
  • 1 cup capers
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 8 ounce extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 ounce Salt and pepper
Panzanella Vegetables
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 2 ounce wine vinegar
  • 1 cup capers
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 8 ounce extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 ounce Salt and pepper
  • 2 cup red peppers
  • 2 cup yellow peppers
  • 1 cup red onions
  • 1 cup red tomato
  • 2 cup cucumber
  • 2 cup bread
  • 2 cup Salt and pepper

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Panzanella DressingMix lemon juice, red wine vinegar, capers and mustard in a blender and slowly pour the oil into the mixture to combine all the ingredients.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Panzanella VegetablesIn a bowl, mix all ingredients and add 16 ounces of lemon caper vinaigrette.

Combine vegetables and bread and let soak for 1/2 hour.

Before serving, add salt and pepper to taste.
