Chef notes

It seems only fitting the TODAY show's famous Orange Room should have its very own signature drink. Every day, celebrities and talent from around the world pass through to pose for pics. Behind the scenes, producers, cameramen and women, food stylists, set directors, prop departments and so many more work to make the magic. So, in true TODAY show hospitality, we're raising a glass to toast to the entire team and of course, the viewers with our Orange Room cocktail.

This drink is similar to another classic morning favorite, the Screwdriver. The Orange Room cocktail, just like everything else at TODAY, has a little something special: Elderflower liqueur. This sweet liqueur made from elderflowers gives our drink a unique and delicious twist. Top it off with some spritz to keep it fun and lively and this signature pour becomes the perfect sip to clink at a picnic, on your porch, over brunch or just any morning in the Orange Room.
