- 2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 10 cup jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoon sweet paprika
In a small saucepan, combine the oil, peppers, pepper flakes, and paprika.
Heat to 170 F and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to sit for 8 hours or overnight.
Strain out solids and store up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator in a tightly covered jar.
