Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup ground mustard
    • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
    • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

In medium saucepan, whisk ground mustard, white wine vinegar, inutes. Cool. Store in airtight container, chilled, for up to 1 month, or freeze.
