- 1 1/4 cups defrosted passion fruit pulp
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- Toasted coconut, chocolate shaving, cocoa nibs or toasted chopped cashews
Using a stand mixer or an electric hand mixer, beat the heavy cream until it holds stiff peaks. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the passion fruit pulp with the condensed milk. Then gradually fold whipped cream into to passion fruit mixture, bit by bit. Fill individuals bowls or glasses with mousse. Refrigerate (preferably for at least 2 hours) before serving. Top with desired garnishes.
