Ingredients
- 16 ounce frozen french fries, the skinny kind
- 8 ounce beef gravy
- 2 teaspoon maggi seasoning
- 2 teaspoon eggs
- 10 teaspoon pieces bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Cook fries to package instructions but you want them nicely browned and crunchy.
In a small pot mix the gravy and Maggi seasoning until hot and bubbly.
Break up the cheese curds if using, or dice the mozzarella.
Cook eggs over easy – being sure to keep the yolks runny.
In a bowl, layer as follows: fries, cheese, bacon, gravy and then both eggs.
Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper and kosher salt.
