Fresh berries infused simply with a squeeze of orange juice and fresh mint burst with flavor. I like to add them on top of chia seed pudding with granola and a spoonful of lime-coconut yogurt for my breakfast bowl.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces raspberries
- 12 ounces blueberries
- 12 ounces strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/2 orange, juiced
- 1 sprig fresh mint, leaves removed from stem and thinly sliced
Preparation
Tip the prepared berries into a bowl. Halve the orange, squeezing in the juice of one half over the berries, catching any pips. Sprinkle over the shredded mint leaves. Gently combine everything together using two spoons. Serve.
